Day One: London to Le Touquet
The Ref-Sol adventure began amidst the opulent surroundings of the Chilston Park Hotel Manor in London. Energised and eager, we set out on the road, bound for the Euro Tunnel. Crossing through Calais, we found ourselves amidst the breath-taking landscapes of Parc Naturel Regional des Caps et Marais d'Opale, before finally arriving in the charming town of Le Touquet, which is where we stayed for the night.
Day Two: Le Touquet to Kortrijk
As the sun rose on day two, we embarked on a scenic journey through the enchanting Parc Naturel Regional Scarpe-Escaut. Immersed in nature's splendour, we wound our way to the historic city of Kortrijk, Belgium. Here, we delved into the city's rich tapestry of culture and heritage, capping off the evening with entertainment at a hand-selected VIP location.
Day Three: Kortrijk to GR8 Show
We set out on day three towards our eagerly anticipated destination - the GR8 Show in Belgium. As we approached the event grounds, excitement filled the air, with a crowd of 10,000 spectators awaiting our arrival, as part of The Cannon Run.
Upon reaching the GR8 Show, we were granted exclusive access to all the festivities, including VVIP parking in the heart of the show grounds. The Ref-Sol team then opted to extend our stay for an additional night to continue the fun well into the evening.
