OFFICE ADMINISTRATION

Ref-Sol are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team.Responsibilities include:

  • Managing incoming calls and inquiries,
  • utilising various Microsoft software packages,
  • and coordinating schedules for field-based Engineers.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This full-time position offers regular office hours from 08:30 to 16:30, Monday through Friday, with competitive holiday benefits.
